As the crime rate escalates, we've engaged a 24/7 security guard (except when it rains/snows he runs inside) to monitor the property as we begin the massive job of unpacking and organizing all our
accumulated stuff; not only the house, but all my
tools for the shop. We anticipate the house we're renting will sell the day we hang the last picture on the wall and step back to admire all our hard labor to get the house /shop just the way we want it... then will be asked to vacate in 30 days.

George, Glad you made the trip safely. And your security guard is fearsome, a kick with one of those massive feet would send an intruder packing.
